We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email, phone, project type and message) and the online quote configurator (name or company and email; optionally phone, tax ID and address, together with the fence configuration you design). We do not collect data automatically beyond the technical storage strictly necessary for the site to work.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of attending to your information requests, preparing and sending you technical quotes (including emailing the PDF quote you generate in the configurator), and managing the business relationship.
The processing of your data is based on the consent you give by ticking the acceptance checkbox when submitting our forms, and on the legitimate interest of PRHOTEC S.L. in managing business relationships. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
We do not share your data with third parties. To send emails (your contact message and the PDF quote, of which you receive a copy) we use Gmail (Google) as our email provider, acting as a data processor under its terms of service.
Personal data will be retained for the duration of the business relationship and during legally prescribed periods. They will subsequently be securely deleted.
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to withdraw your consent. You can exercise these rights by emailing prhotec.tecnic@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
This website does not set its own cookies: it only uses the browser's local storage for technical purposes (remembering that you have seen the cookie notice and the configurator tutorial). The contact page includes a Google Maps embed that only loads if you explicitly request it; once loaded, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
PRHOTEC S.L. reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments.
